I never thought fashion sins of young Regina would come up at an #impact interview.
Well, guess what? They did.
I believe in the impact of a smile and I hope this story puts one on your face as well. Recording Season 1 featuring changemakers working in diverse fields, there were many moments that made me smile. I love the dedication of the guests on my show to impact our world with their work for the better.
That eggplant moment when recording with Pol Fabrega from Rooftop Republic I told you about last time still makes me smile. This weeks #impactsmile moment has a lot to do with my younger self – Teenager Regina’s fashion sins.
Enjoy!
Yours, Regina
“Oh gosh…the baggy jeans”
This was the first recording I did while walking and I hope it won’t be the last one. It was so refreshing to interview while taking a walk with the charming Liz Steiger, Founder of Imperial Glamour Club. Liz raises awareness for leading a healthy lifestyle and shares in Episode 18 how she does just that.
I loved Liz openness when she brought up entrepreneurial as well as personal challenges but there was a moment around minute 13 I did not anticipate.
I am not even sure how that topic came up but I guess it was inevitable. Two Austrians reminisce about their upbringing in the 90ies. When Liz mentioned her wearing baggy jeans I could not help but laugh out loud. Of course, I instantly committed to the exact same fashion sin. I never managed to pull wearing those baggy jeans off. I just looked awkward.
Really awkward.
Listen to Episode 18 where Liz shares her experience when it comes to her market entry in China and how she aims to expand the Imperial Glamour Club platform by creating content that people love.
